Rujak Pengantin/Wedding Salad

I don´t know why it´s called Rujak Pengantin/Wedding Salad. Anybody has a clue?

Ingredients:
Salad/lettuce, carrots, cabbage, boiled eggs, boiled potato, emping crackers, fried tofu

Peanut sauce to grind:
250 g fried peanut or peanut butter
2 tablespoons ebi/dried shrimps, soak in hot water then fry without oil
vinegar ( substituted with juice of 2 lemons)
2 bird´s eye chillies
75 g palm sugar
300 ml water
salt
