Ikan Bandeng Presto


ingredients:
1 kg fish (milkfish), wash, clean and cut (for 1 fish cut into 4 pieces)
2 lemon grasses, devided into 2 then bruised
1 tsp tamarind juice
6 clove garlics, bruised
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp coriander powder
3 cm galangal, bruised
750 ml water
3 cm turmeric, cut into pieces
salt


directions: put banana leaves in the base of pressure cooker. Add all of ingredients in the pressure cooker. Cook for about 1 hour with a small heat until the fishbone softer . Cover fish with egg, then deep fried ^^
