Kue Bintang Wijen

Bahan :
• 200 gram margarine
• 100 gram gula halus
• 50 gram susu bubuk
• 1 sdt vanili
• 2 sdt garam halus
• 2 kuning telur
• 250 gram tepung terigu
• 50 gram etpung maizena
• 1 sdt baking powder
• 100 gram wijen, cuci, sangria hingga kering
• 1 sdm susu cair untuk olesan
• 50 gram wijen untuk taburan.

Cara Membuat :
1. Olesi Loyang kue kering margarine, olesi kertas roti, dan olesi margarine. Sisihkan.
2. Panaskan oven selama 10 – 15 menit bersuhu 180 derajat celcius dengan api bawah.
3. Aduk margarine, gula halus, susu bubuk, garam, dan vanili memakai sendok kayu hingga lembut.
4. Kemudian masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, sambil diaduk hingga rata.
5. Masukkan tepung terigu yang sudah diayak bersama maezena dan baking powder, serta wijen, aduk rata.
6. Giling adonan setebal ½ cm, diantara 2 lembar plastic, cetak bentuk bintang diameter 5 cm.
7. Taruh kue dalam Loyang dengan jarak 4 cm untuk setiap kue, olesi permukaan kue dengan kuning telur taburi atasnya dengan wijen.
8. Panggang dalam oven selama 25 – 30 menit hingga matang. Angkat, pindahkan ke rak kawat. Biarkan dingin dan simpan dalam toples.

• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tsp fine salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 250 grams wheat flour
• 50 grams of corn etpung
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100 grams of sesame seeds, wash, dry sangria
• 1 tbsp fresh milk to spread
• 50 grams of sesame seeds for topping.

How to Make:
1. Brush the pastry margarine in baking dish, grease a baking sheet, and basting with margarine. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven for 10 - 15 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees centigrade under fire.
3. Stir in margarine, powdered sugar, milk powder, salt, and vanilla using a wooden spoon until smooth.
4. Then enter the egg yolks one at a time, while stirring till smooth.
5. Enter the sifted flour and baking powder together maezena, and sesame seeds, stir well.
6. ½ cm thick dough rollers, between 2 sheets of plastic, print the form stars 5 cm in diameter.
7. Place the cake in the pan with a distance of 4 cm for each cake, grease a baking surface with egg yolk topped with a sprinkling of sesame.
8. Bake in oven for 25 - 30 minutes until cooked. Lift, transfer to wire rack. Let cool and store in jars.
