Tapioca Pearl Porridge/Bubur Tapioka
ingredients:
225 g tapioca pearl
1 - 1,2 litre water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sauce: 250 g gula merah/Gula Jawa, 300 ml coconut milk, 500 ml water, 4 tablespoon fix Soßen binder (maizena/corn flour), 1 pandan leaf.
