Pandan-White egg Cake


I made 3 x Nastar´s recipe and still had leftover 12 white eggs (400 ml) in my fridge. After searching in internet, I found this recipe from creative kitchen. My cake doesn´t look perfect, probably coz of cooled white eggs or I modified the original recipe. I have no idea. Any suggestions??

Ingredients:
400 ml white eggs
1 teaspoon cake emulsifier
200 g castor sugar
150 g all purpose flour
125 g butter, melted
1 tablespoon pandan paste

for garnish:
100 g cheese, shredded
200 g whipped cream (200 g schlagsahne+1 sachet sahnesteif, beated)
4 tablepoon castor sugar
